Good news for Bilt Rewards members: Dec. 1 is another Bilt Rent Day. This Rent Day, you can play trivia to earn Bilt points, earn double points on non-rent purchases, enjoy a special five-course tasting experience in New York City, go on a Rent Day SoulCycle ride and enter to win free rent by playing the Rent Free game. Plus, you can earn bonus points on Bilt Dining and non-rent purchases that usually earn 1 point per dollar on some purchases ahead of Rent Day.
The Bilt Rewards program is free to join, and you don’t need to have the Bilt Mastercard® (see rates and fees) to participate in most Rent Day offers. Here’s what you need to know about the Dec. 1 Rent Day.
Up to 16 points per dollar at Bilt Dining restaurants
Whether you love or have yet to try the Bilt Dining program, you might want to head to a Bilt Dining restaurant soon. After all, Bilt Rewards members will earn 10 points per dollar when paying with any eligible card linked to their Bilt Wallet at participating Bilt Dining restaurants from Friday through Dec. 1. Check the Bilt Rewards app for participating restaurants.
If you dine at a participating Bilt Dining restaurant on the Dec. 1 Rent Day and pay with your Bilt Mastercard (see rates and fees), you can earn 16 points per dollar due to the stacking of this offer and double points on Rent Day.
You can earn up to 20,000 bonus points before your Bilt Dining earnings drop back to the standard earning rate for each restaurant.

Double points on shopping
If you have some shopping to do for the upcoming holidays and want to pay with your Bilt Mastercard (see rates and fees), listen up. From midnight EST on Thursday to 11:59 p.m. PST on Monday, you will earn 2 points per dollar with your Bilt Mastercard on up to $20,000 of non-rent purchases that typically earn 1 point per dollar.
However, several other cards earn at least 2 points per dollar spent on most non-bonus category purchases. So, consider the other cards in your wallet before jumping on these bonus earnings for your holiday shopping.

5-course dining experience in New York City
If you are a Bilt Mastercard (see rates and fees) holder who lives in New York City (or plans to be in New York City on Dec.1) and are at least 21 years of age, Bilt Rewards and Mastercard have a special event with food, music and art that you may want to attend. The event features a special Italian-themed five-course meal at Lavan Chelsea with dishes from four top Italian restaurants in New York City: Saint Theo’s, Di Fara, A Pasta Bar and La Baia.
You can reserve space for yourself and one guest through the Bilt app starting at noon EST on Saturday. The event is Dec. 1 from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. and costs $150 or 12,500 Bilt points per person. You’ll learn immediately whether you’ve secured the experience. Only 40 people can attend the experience, but you can turn on notifications to learn of future openings once the experience is fully booked.

Earn Bilt points through trivia
If you’re good at trivia, you can boost your Bilt Rewards balance for free on Rent Day.
Bilt gives its members five trivia questions through its app each Rent Day. The questions increase incrementally in difficulty and value. The first question is worth 10 points, the second question is worth 20 points, the third question is worth 30 points, the fourth question is worth 40 points and the fifth question is worth 50 points.
If you get all five questions correct, Bilt will unlock a sixth question worth an extra 100 points. You could earn 250 Bilt points through trivia each Rent Day if you correctly answer all six questions.

Extra Bilt points on non-rent purchases
As on previous Bilt Rent Days, you’ll earn double points when you use your Bilt Mastercard (see rates and fees) to make non-rent purchases between midnight EST and 11:59 p.m. PST on Dec. 1. You’ll earn as follows for purchases each Rent Day:
- Dining: 6 points per dollar spent
- Travel: 4 points per dollar spent
- Other purchases (excluding rent): 2 points per dollar spent
- Rent: 1 point per dollar spent
You can earn up to 10,000 bonus points on purchases with your Bilt Mastercard each Rent Day. However, you must use your Bilt Mastercard at least five times each statement period to earn points. As mentioned above, you can earn up to 16 points per dollar spent if you dine at a Bilt Dining restaurant this Rent Day and use your Bilt Mastercard to pay.

Rent Free game
For the Aug. 1 Rent Day, Bilt launched a new way to win free rent for a month (up to $2,500): the “Family Feud”-style Rent Free game show. The new game show wasn’t a one-off promotion, so a new creator or personality will play the Rent Free game each month.
The success of the celebrity guest will determine how many Bilt members win free rent that month. The guest for December Rent Day is New York native and food influencer Cug.
For a chance to win a month of free rent paid by Bilt, head to the Bilt app on Rent Day and play the Rent Free game. If you correctly guess three of the most popular answers, you’ll automatically be entered for a chance to win.

Rent Day SoulCycle rides
As it’s done in previous months, Bilt will offer its monthly Rent Day SoulCycle rides Dec. 1. These rides are 45 minutes long and offer a full-body indoor cycling workout.
Bilt members can enjoy 10 complimentary bikes at each Rent Day Ride class on a first-come, first-served basis when they reserve their ride through the Bilt app. Booking opens Saturday at noon EST, so act quickly if you want to reserve a complimentary bike. Even if you miss out on a complimentary bike, you can still usually book a bike for a Rent Day Ride class on the fitness tab using points or regular payment.
Bilt is also offering up to $2,500 to one rider who participates in a December Rent Day Ride class to cover their monthly rent.

Bottom line
If you’re a Bilt Rewards member, you know to open the Bilt app on the first day of each month. Whether you earn extra rewards through trivia, spending or both, Bilt Rewards’ Rent Day allows you to boost your points balance.
But this time, Bilt Rewards members may also want to act ahead of the Dec. 1 Rent Day to snag bonus earnings or a special tasting experience in New York City. I expect the tasting experiences in New York City will sell out, so be online to book when reservations open Saturday at noon EST if you have the Bilt Mastercard (see rates and fees) and want to attend.
